UPDATE- 19th July 2021

Dear Clients,

Starting Monday 19th July 2021, we will be introducing new policies which we will be abiding by for the foreseeable future. We would greatly appreciate if you took the time to read and understand our new policies.

One client per appointment will be allowed to be present inside the consultation room with the vet. (This also means, unfortunately, no children are permitted into the waiting room OR consult room at this time). All other members of your party will be asked to wait outside.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment, or if you do, please be prepared to wait in your car until you are invited into the waiting room to wait for your appointment.
Before you enter the building, please complete the NHS Track & Trace on the App or through the barcode.
When you enter the building, a mask must be worn by all, except those who are an exempt (Exemption badge/lanyard should be displayed).
When you enter the waiting room, it is required for you to sanitise your hands.
We will allow four social distanced clients into our waiting room at one time.
Once inside the consultation room, please do your best to maintain a social distance from staff members, however you will be allowed to restrain and comfort your animal.
We will still only allow one client into our foyer area at a time. Therefore, please be patient with us when it comes to collecting medications and payments at reception.
Our consulting hours will remain 8:30am – 10:30am & 2pm – 5pm.
